Welcome to Australia’s only youth-focused Individual Placement and Support (IPS) micro-credentials, available on Orygen’s IPS Centre of Excellence learning platform, IPS Learn.
IPS Learn is an education and training platform to gain a certification for the IPS core and advanced level micro-credentials.
These micro-credentials have been developed by Orygen for vocational specialists delivering the IPS program in headspace centres.
IPS Learn is available to vocational specialists funded for IPS Programs by the Department of Social Services.

Online training at Orygen
We have a range of training and learning opportunities available for new and experienced IPS vocational specialists including:
- In-person and online training on the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) model tailored to industry need and availability throughout Australia;
- Career-development skill sessions to enhance knowledge of current industry trends; and
- Guidance for employers and education-providers to support young people with mental ill-health to thrive in education settings or in the workplace.
