Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an evidence-based program that assists young people to find work and education, and help employers and educators support young people on that journey.
At Orygen’s Youth IPS Centre of Excellence, we work side-by-side with world-leading researchers, service providers, vocational specialists and young people to innovate and support services to implement and deliver high quality IPS.
The Youth IPS Centre of Excellence was established in 2020, and Orygen has been leading youth-focused IPS programs in Australia since 2005 as part of its mission to revolutionise the way mental health care is provided.
